Hey mate,
I have the SUV listed above having same issues which you were having in your car. All O2 sensor heater codes, EGR, purge valve.
Can you please tell me which part of PCM you got replaced?
Any kind of help will be appreciable.
Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately, I am not sure the post you are referring to as this is a new post, but I am sure we can help figure out what the issue is.

With all these codes, I suspect you are correct that the PCM is the issue. Unfortunately these PCM's don't have replaceable parts but can be repaired depending on what is wrong with them. I have a feeling that the other post that you are referring to had their PCM rebuilt which you can find places like that on the internet and are pretty reliable. However, you may just want to look at getting one that is already programmed to your VIN and comes ready to plug in. Again, those are readily available as well.

If you want to try and confirm the PCM is the issue, let us know what the codes are and we can run through some testing to find out what may be going on. Thanks

My bad. Actually I was posting this with reference to another post on this page.
Anyhow thanks sir for quick reply.
I m getting codes p0135, p0141, p0155, p0161, p0403, p0443 and p0645.
I read many forums for these kinds of faults in vehicles.
Which finally concluded to PCM. Even a guy from garage was saying that for Ford explorer 2007-2010, its very common failure. PCM model number is 9l2a-12a650-fd.
I have already opened it.
My best guess is there is some problem in ground circuit of PCM.
But I m not able to diagnose it.
I just need assistance how to repair PCM for these codes.

Okay. That helps and I think you are exactly correct. I suspect the PCM ground circuit has failed. Assume they are all related as there is a chance that you have multiple issues but the common component is the PCM. Each of the o2 codes is pointing you to the P0135 code so let's chase that one down and fix it and then retest.

I attached the testing but I suspect you will get through it and it will say to replace the PCM. If you are going to try and repair it then that may work. Unfortunately, I normally just replace it and not worry about trying to repair it.

Let us know what you find.

It was faulty PCM. I got it repaired. But the moment it reconnected it, car started showing wrench light, with P0748 and P0960 fault codes. What shall I check first?

We need to get a new post started for these issues because they are different. Unfortunately others won't find the answers to them if we do it under this post.

The P0748 is for the pressure control solenoid and the other is related to it.

I attached some info on this. Let's get a new post started and we can figure this out. Thanks
