Door Ajar Warning Light

All doors and tailgate are shut on my 97 explorer. The door ajar light still on and so are all my lights because it thinks a door is open. please help

The micro switch in the door latch gets gunked up. Spray the heck out of it with WD 40.

The Generic Electronic Module (GEM) is responsible for the following: Door Ajar & Low Washer Fluid warning light, Remote Keyless Entry & Power Door Locks, Power Windows, Courtesy Lamps, all the Door Ajar Switches, including the Lift Gate, Interval Wipers/Washer, Heated Mirrors & Rear Window Defrost, Rear Air Suspension, Warning Chimes and also ties in a bit with the ABS & Air Bag System and maybe aeven a few more. If all of the switches are functioning properly this is the next suspect.

Everything works but the light is still on, so where do i find it?
