My O2 sensors are not sending any readings to my OBD scanner when I plug it in nor are my fuel sensors. I double checked and took my car to the shop and plugged it in there and still no readings. Yet my MIL light is still off I have checked the grounds and they are fine could there be anythign else wrong besides the computer?

Does your scanner read the computer? Some ford use a different communication type, CAN is Ford truck standard.

Yes my scanner can read the computer but when I scroll down to my o2 and fuel sensors I get no output from the scanner it acts like they arent even there. I know they are there I have checked, but im getting -100% readings and 0V. As far as I know CAN is only available on 2004 and newer models.

I'm not possitive on the first year they used can, but you may be right. Have you tried unplugging one of them to see what the PCM does? And your scanner?
