Electrical problem
1998 Ford Explorer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

I replaced my ECM, my scan tools would not communicate I tried two different tools to be sure. Now I am getting code P1260 Theft Detected, Vehicle Immobilized. Is there a way to bypass the security and get this thing running? I am laid off and funds are low.

I do not have the remote door lock fob. I have tried both of my keys, the engine just cranks. I do have spark at the plugs, I have fuel at the port on the rail, but plugs do not get wet from cranking. I used my blue point scan tool and can not clear the code. Is there any way to bypass the pats system? I believe that is my problem?

If light is on in run or start either blinking or solid according to Ford PATS is faulty. Need an NGS tester hook up to tell what fault is.
