Can't speed up

This morning when I started my truck (1995 Ford explorer, 135K miles, 4D, 2WD, auto transmission) and drove to school, I couldn't accelerate my car beyond 30 mph even though I already pushed the gas so much and engine speed went to 3000 rpm with big noise. Then I had to pull over and turned off the engine.

When I started the engine again in one minute, everything just became back to normal.

This problem never happened before. Please help me.

Thank you so much!

Don't know what's wrong with my truck.
There's a failure I can't identify for fixing.

It can be noticed only in two different situations:

a) after making a stop for a while and try to speed up faster, the engine do not responds quickly. Is like gas is not being fed to the engine.

B) On road, if I try to rush a vehicle, same thing happens, the engine do not responds. Like no gas is being fed to the engine.

In both situations, the engine is never shut off, but the capability to respond is decreased.

I already changed the EGR, VMV, EVR, spark plugs and cables. And the failure remains the same. ECU do not shows an OBD II code.

Any idea what could be causing this failure?
Thanks in advance for your kind help, I will really apreciate it.
