2007 Ford Explorer jerking/bucking when starting

After starting the vehicle and proceeding to drive away, it almost immediately starts to jerk and buck for several seconds and then smooths out and everything is fine. You can make many start and stops after the initial start and everything goes smoothly. It won't do it again till the car is shut off, even for a short period of time. When the engine is restarted, and you are driving away it will repeat the jerking/buck thing again for several seconds.

Inspect and test all the following listed below:

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard.
