I have a code that shows the Evaporative emission system purge control valve circuit is shorted, what would be some common fixes. Code # PO445

Check the wiring at the purge valve. Disconnect the plug and check for corrosion or other problems (shorted wire or damaged pins in the plug).

Let me know what you find.
