I was told that my Explorer has a bad ignition switch. It will not turn over, I have had the battery checked as well as the starter and all the fuses, they are all fine but because my door alarm, when the key is in the ignition, does not work, they tell me it is this switch. Are they correct and if so, where is it located?

Thank You for any help,
Lynette
