When driving my car my engine sounds like i have mud grip tires on my car... I bought all new tires, changed spark plugs and air filters... the faster i drive the louder it gets... please help... i have heard of catalytic converter... wheel bearings...axil bearings??? which direction should i go?? i really don't think it is the wheel bearings because i dont hear any popping noises. It doesn't run bad just has a loud noise.

Chances are it is a bad wheel bearing. Does the sound change when you turn?

Let me know.
