Shakes or Wobbles problem
2006 Ford Explorer 6 cyl Automatic 55,000 miles
I had the cruise control on my Explorer set to 55. All of a sudden the truck started shaking and started losing speed. I turned off the cruise control and gave it some gas. It took a minute before it kicked in to where I could speed back up. The truck continued to shake on and off. I stopped at a stop sign and when I accelerated again the truck acted like it didn't want to go. It started shaking again and I thought it was going to cut off on me. I gave it more gas and about a mile down the road it continued to shake so I pulled over. It was still shaking when sitting in park. I cut the engine off and then started it back up and it was fine the rest of my way home, which was about another 2 hours of driving. What could the problem be? Thanks I really apprecriate it!!
