2005 Ford Explorer fog light steams up

one of my fog lights steam up. how do I take it out and how do I keep it from happening again.

If you are getting steam in it, then moisture is getting into it. It unbolts from under the car. Remove it and check for cracks. If you find any, use a silicone to seal the leak.
