2005 Ford Explorer engine won't turn over

Battery appears to be fine, all lights working. Turn the key and get nothing not even a clicking sound

No crank at all/nothing/nada:

Could be the starter, starter relay, park and neutral switch and ignition switch assuming the battery and connections are good.
