My 05 Ford Explorer's heater (or AC) will only blow throw the dash and defrost. It will not change with the control knob to floor, mix floor dash etc. I looked for a vacuum leak and couldn't find one (not saying it's not there, just couldn't find one). What is the cause?

Chances are it is a vacuum leak. If you look for it with the engine running, you may hear a hissing sound. Also, check under the hood for leaks and make sure the linkage is attached.
