When turning on the vehicle sometimes ABS & AdvanceTrak lights are on and sometimes they are not. However, every time the truck is initially started and takes off, it seems like brakes are activating themselves without pressing on the brake pedal. (I also hear a grinding noise, that I assume is the brakes). As I press on the gas pedal, the brakes resist acceleration even more. Eventually I will press all the way down on the accelerator, then within a few seconds truck will drive normally, but the 4WD light continuously flashes and "Check AdvanceTrak" light comes on and stays on. Any idea what could be causing this?

The two systems work together, and it could be a few things. What you need to do is have the computer scanned to identify what codes are stored. If the light is on, there should be a code.

Have the computer scanned and let me know what you find.
