The vehicle shut off while driving one day. When i tried to restart it it wouldn't turn over. It sounds like something inside is spinning like it does when it's trying to start up. I got a engine diagnostic done and it came back good. I have a feeling it could be the fuel pump or hopefully the fuel filter. I also checked the fuses and reset the fuel button in my vehicle, still nothing has changed.

Is the starter working properly? Basically, is the starter turning the engine?
