EVERY NOW AND THEN WHEN I TURN ON THE BLINKER IT WILL LIGHT UP ON THE DASH BUT WILL NOT BLINK. AND THE ACTUAL BLINKER ON THE OUTSIDE WILL NOT WORK. IT DOESNT HAPPEN ALL THE TIME BUT WHEN IT DOES IT WONT WORK FOR A COUPLE DAYS. IT IS BOTH BLINKERS AND THE FUSES HAVE BEEN REPLACED. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
