The whole windshield wiper arm came off the other day when I was trying to remove ice from the wiper. I was able to put the arm back on, but now it is in the wrong position. I don't know how to take the arm off again and get it back to the correct position. It is the wiper arm on the driver's side of the car. Thanks for your help.

Pull up on wiper arm. Pull out on retainer tab (where it fits on shaft) Gently pry off.
