Upon turning right only the steering wheel shudders. What can this be and is it dangerous?

if it has rack and pinion steering go under the truck and do visual and grab hold of it in diffrent areas and try moving or ahking to see if feels loose.once under check all suspention parts on both sides for any bad bushings breks etc.
