2004 Ford Explorer Rear end vibration after repair

Had pinion seal replaced--got vehicle on road--past 60 mph. bad vibration. What is wrong? Smooth ride before repair. Help. Should it be driven? Or can I drive low speed to repair shop?

drive it slowly back to your repair shop and have them fix it the right way.
