2004 Ford Explorer MISSING

2004 Ford Explorer V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

My son has an Explorer which we were changing spark plugs in. Was unable to get to the plug in #6 cyl. The codes say that it is misfiring. Would it be safe to drive until he can afford to get it to his machanic to fix it?

MIsfire on a specific cylinder-could be the sparkplug, compression and injector problem . I don't recommend driving it could end as a major repair-
