All at once my truck shakes at idle. It is using way more gas than usual and going up hills is a nightmare. The truck boggs down when climbing hills even when the gas pedal is pressed down.
We have changed plugs, wires, fuel filter, and crank case sensor, checked that all vacuums are intact, and cleaned something called mass air flow (or something close to that).
I'm at my wits end and going broke. Could my catalytic converter be clogged?

Hi there, You may have a collapsed converter, normally when this happens they tend to glow red hot, i would also get a scan done to check for any unresolved fault codes, un bolt the cat and have a look, it should look like fine honeycomb and there should be no loose bits.
