2004 Ford Explorer axel or bearing?

I hear a humming coming from the rear drivers side wheel, only when turning to the left and shifting the weight of the truck. When going straight it starts and stops depending on which way the weight of the truck is leaning. Could this be an axel problem or a bearing problem?

It sounds like it could be a bearing problem. With the shifting of the truck and all.
