2004 Ford Explorer Air conditioning doesn't work

My air conditioning has never had much blow to it, but recently it started working on and off. It would blow one day and then not the next. It doesn't work at all now. What could be the problem?

Is the problem the blower motor isn't working or the air isn't cold?
