2004 Ford Explorer Four Wheel Drive Automatic

My car seems to have locked itself in 4 high this morning when I left and now the ABS light is on and the 4 high light is flashing any ideas what this could be?

I need you to check something. Have a helper turn the 4wd switch while you check for power to the 4wd actuator on the transfer case. IF there is power, chances are the actuator is bad.
