2003 Ford Explorer 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

I was wondering if i converted my 5 lug to six lug using adaptors would it be safe and easy to install?

they are safe when installed properly.

i would have a shop do it to make sure you get the right one and its installed properly.
