2003 Ford Explorer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

When I switch from cold to hot I hear a clicking and it won't put out heat.

Hi:
It sounds like the vent door which allows heat to enter the vehicle is stuck. You will need to remove part of the duct work to check it.
