My 2003 ford exploer sport xls has two problems. The first is a clicking sound when I make turns. It sounds like a CV booth. I also have an oil leak from the Oil filter.

yeah that clicking when you turn is a telltale sighn of worn cv joints, the leak around the oil filter should be an easy fix by either tightening the filter or purchase a rubber gasket that will stop the leaking.
