Overheated the motor and had the cyl heads rebuilt (warped). Reinstalled the heads and it started fine and runs smooth.... But there is a clatter coming from inside the valve covers near the timing chain area. I have run it for two hours now and it's not getting any quieter. The chains are tight and looked good when reassembling it. Good oil pressure. The dealer says I need a new motor. I don't need a motor, I just need to fix the immediate noise problem. Your help is appreciated.
