Hello:

Here is my Pay Pal receipt #7TF76654UW040233T

The cruise control in my 2003 Ford Explorer quit working for the most part. I use my cruise all of the time. The last 10 times I tried using it, it has worked twice. Before this I never had a problem. I noticed the problem started the day after I had my car in the shop for an unrelated issue.

I would like to know if this is something that can be fixed fairly easily with some instructions, or if it is something that needs to go back into the shop for?
Can you provide me some some guidance if this is something can fix. ps. I'm willing to donate more, for some extra help.

Thank you,
Peggy

Check on your brake pedal just above it there are 2 switches, one is for the brake lights, that's the lower one, check to make sure your brake lights work, if not this switch could be the answer to both problems, if brake lights work, on the brake master cylinder is the cruise deactivation switch, try unplugging it and jumper the contacts, just remeber to hit the off button to stop the cruse, then buy the deactivation switch!
