recently while driving, the tire
fell off my car at 70 miles per hour. we hadto have the entire hub assembly replaced on car. now the car has no traction and fishtails and dogtracks going down the road. could this be a bent sway bar or more dmamge to the frame?

It sounds like the 4wd isn't working. Take it back to the shop and have them double check their work. As far as the frame, it would need placed on a frame machine to be checked.
