explorer had not gave any problem went to crank it starter did nothing but click took it off and had it tested they said it was fine maybe the relay checked at autozone but they do not sell the relays so my question is where can i buy another relay and how would I test the old one or what could be another possibe problem if any.

if auto part stores do not carry the relay than you will have to check the local dealer for it. if relay is OK then check connections at the starter and battery.
