Security lite flashes won't start

2002 Ford Explorer Security lite flashes

There is a problem with the factory security system. I hate to say, but the only place that has the proper test equipment is a dealer. If the light is staying on, it won't start.

I have Ford Explorer 2004 and the security light flash really fast but it won't start
