2002 Ford Explorer Passenger driver side power window

I can hear the motor going full cycle up and down and then stop but the window is still down. How do I take the panel off to realign this problem. I have removed one screw on the lower left side and removed to door handle panel. That all I can do at this point.

You need to buy a trim tool and get under each plastic clip and pop them out as you go along, if you try to pull the panel off, the holding sections will break off...
