THE LOW BEAM ON THE DRIVERS SIDE WONT COME ON, RIGHT IS OK,HIGH BEAM WORK OK.
THIS IS 2002 EXPLORER, IS IT POSSIBLE IT HAS
MODULE IN THE CONSOLE WHICH HEATS UP AND
CAUSE A SOLDER JOINT TO COME A BAD SOLDER JOINT.I HAVE CHANGED THE LOW BEAM LIGHT TWICE AND HAVE CHECK THE FUSES. ????

The dark blue wire with white tracer is voltage for driverside low beam, any voltage, headlamps on low beam? The ground wire is black. That circuit is protected by fuse 43--10 amp, underhood fuse box. Even if the fuse is good, you need to check for voltage at the fuse.
