I thought i had a bad starter had it checked its fine check battery its fine relays and fuses are fine but i cannot get the crankshaft to rotate with a breaker bar can the engine be seized with oil in it took the belt of also so to make sure there was not resistance on the crank shaft but still would not rotate.
