Went to add oil and noticed that oil cap and filler tube were milky, checked dipstick and oil was not milky. Watched coolant level and is not changing. Went to Ford dealer and was told this was common in winter and not letting engine warm up before shutting off , not the case.Runs good , no missing and good fuel mileage. Were is this coming from.
