The heater on my 2002 Ford Explorer with 58,000 miles has gone out. When I turn the dials to the red area, air blows out but it is cold. There is also a clicking sound that comes from the dash. When I turn the dial to the blue area (air conditioning) the clicking sounds stops. I have changed the thermostat however I still don't have heat. Any suggesstions?

You either have a broken blend door motor, or a broken blend door.
