2002 Ford Explorer Heater clicks with no heat

My heater clicks under the dash. No heat, just cool air blows. Antifreeze level is good and heater core pipes feel hot to touch

Need to have the blend door actuator replaced
most Ford dealer have them on back order and they are filling the emergency order only
