I just replaced all the brakes and rotors for the car. The emergency brakes had also broken off, so they were replaced as well. The brakes work perfect but the emergency brakes do not.

Question: How do you adjust the emergency brakes?
DO I have to take it all apart again?

There should be an adjuster on the brakes themselves. Yes, you will have to take it apart again...sorry
