I just purchased a new egr valve and sensor. I have a 2002 expl v8 4wd . I know how to replace the valve i just need to know how to take the sensor off?? Does it just pull off of the the tubes its conected to? I didnt want to pull to hard and break something.I purchased them from direct ford parts .com are those authentic ford parts because i heard that a aftermarket egr sensor will not work the same as original. Please help me thank you

Just grab and pull out from the two hoses, and undo the connectors. Aftermarket DPFE works just fine...
