I am getting two codes P1401 dpfe sensor high voltage---P0303 cylinder three misfire Question:can the dpfe sensor be causing a dead misfire on cylinder 3 only -- compression, plug, wire, injector are all good thanks in advance don

No, the DPFE won't do that. It might be time for a compression test.

Tks ran the compression test 150 what else could it be ---- im lost tried the wire, the plug even put in a new injector and it has fire at it still not working

It either has to be fuel or spark and you will have to determine which before knowing which way to proceed.
