Hi, I have a 2002 Ford Explorer and myself and my son put new rotors and pads on the rear about 1 month ago. We did not bleed the brakes. We hung the caliper to the side w/ a bunge cord. The piston slid in w/ ease and we hooked everything back up. Last week I experienced a problem. When I pull my ford into the garage for the night, in the morning, it will not back up. It feels like somthing is holding it back. Im put it into Drive and go forward a inch or 2, then back in reverse and I can now back up.
your help would be appreciated

Do you have an ABS system if so get it scanned for code/s. Might want to jack it up and open a bleeder valve and spin it-if it spins-could be a brake hose acting as a one way check valve or a caliper piston not retracting due to a malfunctioning ABS unit or the caliper itself.
