My 2002 ford explorer had the brakes done in Septmeber 2006. New rotors, brake pads, calipers on both the front & rear. And shoes on the rear, by Midas.

Now, the brake light came on. The current estimate includes rotors and Hub Unit for $2170.00.

Does this make sense?

Hello,

If the hub has to be pressed out and new one pressed back in then yes it sounds about right.
