I had all new brake pads and rotors put in about five months ago in the front of my 2002 ford explorer sport trac. It sounds now like when I am moving over 5mph that they are rubbing on the rotor. After I drive for a while the rotors are hot. The brake do work fine for stopping. Is there an adjustment to relieve them a little?

It is normal for the rotors to get hot. As far as the adustment, there isn't one for disc brakes. Have you checked to make sure the pads are still good? Based on mileage and use, they could need replaced. If you need directions, let me know what I'll get them to you.
