2002 Ford Explorer AC only blows out defrost vents

My ac only blows out defrost vents. I was told to check vacuum resavoir. I can not locate this on my truck. Please help.

You are dealing with a vacuum leak. Check the hoses under the dash for damage or leaks. If you are lucky, you may hear a hissing from the leak with the engine running.
