The ABS light is on on my 2002 Ford Explorer. I took the a local mechanic who use the scanner on it. He said the rear ABS Sensor is bad and the part would cost about $80 plus labor.
I do most of the work on my car myself. I check with the dealer and the sensor is $48.00.
Do you think this is the problem and is this part difficult to change?
Thanks
Jacob

Hi Jacob,
If the shop pulled codes and that is what it showed then I would say that is the problem. I am surprised it is so cheap from the dealer though. Anyway yes you should be able to change it yourself with no problems.
