Good Afternoon
I recently decided to engage my 4x4 with the first snow fall and noticed i did not here or feel engagement of the front drive shaft when pressing 4x4 High. I then pressed 4x4 LOW and noticed the same thing and also noticed my indicator light did not come on in the dash. The buttons were pressed while the truck was in neutral at a stopped position. Any ideas of what i can check or replace?
On a side note - i marked the front drive shaft with chalk and moved the truck forward a few feet and noticed that the shaft is moving. Is this normal while in 4x4 auto?
