When truck is cold, 4 wheel dr. Will not engage. After inital warmup, approx. 10 min or 4 or 5 miles,
4 wheel will engage and work fine?

Could be the engagement motor on the transfer case is freezing up or sticky. Sorry, Im from SoCal, never dealt with the real cold, just trying to give some ideas. Does this truck have front hubs? Might want to see if the front diff is working, but not the wheels
