Transmission problem
2002 Ford Explorer V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

I just replaced my battery. I now cannot get my Explorer into 4x4 High, Lo, or Auto. It now runs strictly in RWD. I checked all fuses, which are OK. What should I do next?

Hi:
I need you to check something. Have a helper try switching from 2hi to 4hi. While you helper does that, you need to check to see if power is going to the actuator. It's the electric motor mounted on the transfer case. It shifts the transfer case. It you are getting power, have the actuator checked.
