Did you check CJB Fuses 8? Is your an early build 2001 or late build?

If the fuses are good, have you checked to see if there is power to the wiper motor?

Let me know.

We have checked the battery and it is fine but still will not start. When we try it stutters. Is it an electriical problem or a cable? We also have had troubles with the windows will not go up and down and the windshield wipers do not work.

It sounds like a battery problem. Did you load test it or do something differently? Also, have you checked to make sure the battery terminals are clean and tight? Have you checked the ground on the engine block?

Let me know.
